Terms and Conditions

1. All content submitted will be considered for inclusion in the art exhibition "Imagining St Mary Magdalene's".

2. By submitting content you are signalling your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

3. All content submitted will be covered by these terms and conditions in addition to laws which cover the possession and transmission of illegal material.

4. Content may be submitted as MMS picture messages, SMS texts, or audio recordings, by mobile phone to the number advertised, or as digital picture files in .jpg format or audio or video files in any format to the email address mm@funk.co.uk

5. You must supply us with your name at the same time that you send us your submission.

6. Maximum MMS / SMS: 10 per person per day.

7. Maximum file size is 5MB per email. Contact us mm@funk.co.uk if you wish to upload a larger file.

8. Non-electronic work can be submitted and may be shown subject to space restrictions. Send photographs of your work with your name and address clearly marked to:

Please do not send us large items in the post. Anything posted to us is non-returnable, and responsibility for insuring your art from damage or theft is entirely yours.

9. Where a name is supplied, a credit will be given, and your right to be associated with your work will be maintained.

10. You must only submit your own work.

11. You agree that we can use your pictures, words, video or audio recordings in any sub-context chosen by us at our absolute editorial discretion within the context of and subsequent creative developments from "Imagining St Mary Magdalene's" exhibition, Islington, London, N7 © 2005.

12. This service is provided "as is" by Netcast Ltd trading as FUNK and no service level is guaranteed or implied. But we will do our very best to include all the content that we can :)
